Greetings and Salutations,
I’ll start with some brief explanation as to my whereabouts over the past few weeks. I was thrust into a whirlwind of major moves and one epic vacation and unfortunately got lost in the thick of things; but I am back to tell you that all is well, I have made it out the other end in one piece. Although our Milwaukee Brewers did not quite get it done, they did our city proud. Many Blatz, Hamm’s, Schlitz, Old Milwaukee, and Red Dogs were consumed in their honor. Truth is playoffs or not, I basically always drink to their honor. Let’s see now, who is next…. Ah yes! A toast to the Milwaukee Bucks! Let us drink to a successful season.
Now let’s talk about where the best social club in Milwaukee will be off to next.
This Thursday we travel to a bar that is all things Milwaukee and wants to be your new “go-to” spot when you’re thirsty: Vintage. Boasting a fantastic beer list with great craft beers like Blatz and Schlitz, this bar is here to show all who come through their doors a good time. It appears that this Thursday they will be having a Texas Hold ‘Em Tourney with no buy-in for anyone there. Vintage also has a team unlike any other working behind the bar, and I for one look forward to meeting them on Thursday. Its Fall in Milwaukee, the leaves are changing, and the air is starting to bite a little more in the mornings. Prepare yourself, winter is coming…but Thursdays has always been here so why not come out and get warm with a cold libation this Thursday with the WTT Crew.
